Terms and conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME! Thank you!
Fixing:
I can send the fursuit back to you once fixed, but I can not pay for the postage/shipping so you will be required to pay for it! I can try fix the suit if needed, however I will refuse to fix the suit if you have purposefully ripped/broke the suit, general wears or if you left the suit in an unclean condition. Fursuits MUST be washed and brushed to avoid ruining the suit!
Allergies:
Please be aware, I have a Cat and a Guinea pig. They don't usually go near my workspace but I can't guarantee no contact with them!
Please DO NOT commission me if you are severely allergic, for your own safety!

You MUST be 18+ to commission me!
You will NEED to fill out a form which will only ask for your name, email and ID, and what you are wanting. The information will NOT be shared, only I will be able to view it to confirm your details! At the end of the form, you will need to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions by entering the code:

Payment:
To secure your spot on the waiting list, you will be required to pay a deposit. This will be taken off the final price! Once you have paid the deposit, you will be added to the waiting list, and you will need to pay once I have emailed you to say your suit will be made next! If you do not pay full within 6 months, you will NOT receive a refund, and you will be taken off the waiting list!
ALL payments must be received before I make the suit otherwise I can not buy the materials!
Refund
Once the suit is completed, it will be non-refundable! If you require a refund before
the work has started, you will receive a full refund but NOT the deposit! If the materials have been ordered, you will not receive a refund for the materials, you will only receive the hourly payment, due to the material return policies.
All materials are paid all at once usually between 1-3 days after you have paid to avoid the wait being longer and so I have all materials ready for when I need them, and to avoid the fur colours being out of stock!
Measurements
Please make sure the measurements are correct before sending me them! I will accept the measurements in CM or inches, but I prefer CM if possible! Please make sure to send me the measurements as soon as possible to avoid delays for yourself and for others. All Dino masks are adjustable, but the fur is NOT adjustable, and will require your correct head circumference measurement! Due to be being 4'11, I will need your measurement if you want a medium or large tail. I can not remake the suit if you send me the incorrect measurements, you would have to repay for me to make it in the correct measurement!
Making process
All commissions may take a couple weeks/months to complete as I need to order all the materials, and I have other personal things going on, So please be patient! You can check out my telegram channel and socials for updates, and I will contact you with updates as well!
Please let me know as soon as possible, if there are any changes wanted, or if there are any mistakes as it may require extra payment!
All payments are paid through Bank transfer or Paypal. Payments MUST be paid in FULL! Payments are in GBP (£) only due to converting fees!
I can not work with deadlines. PLEASE do not rush me, please be patient! Estimated times are NOT always accurate. If you try and rush me, you will be taken off the list and you will lose your deposit!
Payment method
Postage/Shipping
Postage/shipping will be calculated once I have completed your suit! The price depends on the weight, where you live, and the prices of the packaging materials!
All packages shipped outside of the UK, are shipped with tracking.
If you are ordering outside of the UK, the price of the shipping may be higher, and may need to pay import tax if your suit is £135+ in total! I will not be paying for your tax, so please make sure you can afford to pay for the tax before you commission me!
I offer collections from conventions if I am attending any such as Confuzzled, etc. I also offer collection from my place in Leicester, but please be aware that I do have a cat like mentioned, and I am living with my parents.
I will be posting all Suits on my social medias, and I will be wearing the suits just for the pictures/videos to advertise my work. I will spray and brush the suit afterwards before I pack it so it smells and looks perfect for you!
